Procedure text bertujuan
memberikan konteks yang alami untuk menggunakan ungkapan yang menunjukkan
cara membuat makanan/minuman dan cara menggunakan suatu alat. pembelajaran ini
diharapkan peserta didik bahwa sebagai bagian dari tanggung jawabnya
sebagai seorang remaja terpelajar adalah bukan hanya pandai membaca resep dan
manual untuk kepentingan diri sendiri ,tetapi juga dapat menyampaikannya kepada
orang lain, atau bahkan mulai belajar menyusun resep dan manual sendiri,dengan
tataran pendek dan sederhana

B. Tujuan Pembelajaran :
Peserta didik dapat:
1. Membacakan resep
2.Menganalisis struktur
gramatika frasa nomina tertulis untuk bahan makanan/minuman
3. Menyebutkan langkah
kegiatan secara lisan
4. Merancang tampilan
resep yang menarik untuk dipulikasikan
5. Mempresentasikan
hasilnnya secara lisan fokus pada bagian-bagiannya
Contoh procedure text
Aim/Goal : Es Teller
Ingredients /Material : 150g (1 1/2 cups ) sugar
2 pandan leaves,shreded lengthwise and tied in a knot
3 1/2 tablespoons ( 50 ml) water
400g ripe avocado,cut into 1-cm cubes
400 ripe jackfruit,deseeded and cut into 1-cm cubes
3 young coconut,meat scraped out
crushed ice
condensed milk
Methode/Steps :- To make syrup,combine sugar,pandan leaves and water
in a small soucepan and heat the mixture for a few
minutes over low heat until sugar dissolves. cool syrup
- To serve this dessert,place generous spoonful of cubed
avocado,jackfruit and young coconut into a serving
bowl.Add a little syrup to sweeten,top with crushed ice
and drizzle on a little condensed milk. serve immediately
